The Internship Program

Position: Sales and Service Engineer Intern
Location: Dar es Salaam

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage in aggressive marketing and sales to prospective customers throughout Tanzania of construction equipment, generators, and spare parts.
To increase sales prospects, find and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
Offer technical assistance, carry out maintenance, and service water pumps, generators, and construction equipment.
Work together with the sales team to meet goals and targets for sales.
To determine trends, client demands, and rivalry, conduct market research and analysis.
Create and deliver technical presentations that inform clients and potential clients about goods and services.
Ensure that all transactions, inventory, and customer interactions are accurately documented.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A mechanical or industrial engineering bachelor’s degree.
A bachelor’s degree earned prior to 2024.
Candidates who are men only.
0–2 years of experience (with prior internships taken into account).
The capacity to flourish in changing circumstances.
Competent to work in a variety of environments and temperatures to complete service engineering and sales jobs.
Proficiency in both problem-solving and communication.
Strong focus on details.
Being familiar with water pumps is an extra benefit.
